Final Road Trip post

Wow this vacation took 9 post to share our fun experience with you all. We truly had a wonderful time and are so happy we had the opportunity to take this trip. We seemed to have a lot in our way at first, but we made it happen and so happy we did :) It was so great to see all the family we did get to see, some had never even meet Tavo (after almost 11 years together). Such a GREAT family trip we will never forget with lots of beautiful memories!!!

After visiting Missouri we went to Colorado for 2 days and visited some friends :) We had a nice time and even spend the 4th of July with them :) Thanks for letting us stay Michelle, Danny and Landon :)

Visiting MO part 1

We visited my grandparents out in the country for 4 and half days. We had a really nice relaxing time! It's a very peaceful place. They live out in the middle of nowhere. It was really hot while we were there so unfortunately we spent a lot of time in the house. It was just too hot to be outside in the heat. Every morning we would spend it out on the deck enjoying the wildlife drinking coffee before it got too warm. And in the evening after it cooled down a bit, again we would spend sometime out on the deck. Tavo really enjoyed the farm, it was his first time visiting :) It had been many many years since I had been back, so I also enjoyed the time and Jaycee got to enjoy some of the same things I did as a kid as well. This visit was the first time my grandparents were able to meet both Jaycee and Roman. Tavo and I had planned to visit a couple years ago, but did not make it out. We were very glad to finally make the trip out!

Since I have a lot of pictures to share from this trip, I'll be making several posts to share :)

Breakfast out on the deck, just like I used to do when I was a little girl :)

Meteor Crater

After visiting the Grand Canyon and spending the night in Scottsdale at a hotel. We headed to check out the Meteor Crater, just east of Flagstaff, AZ. Pretty cool experience as well.

It's the world’s best preserved meteorite impact site in Northern Arizona near Winslow. Meteor Crater is the breath-taking result of a collision between a piece of an asteroid traveling at 26,000 miles per hour and planet Earth approximately 50,000 years ago.

Today, Meteor Crater is nearly one mile across, 2.4 miles in circumference and more than 550 feet deep.
